For those of you who aren’t in the know, each year contains 5 seasons for the comic book aficionado. Sure there’s the standard winter, spring, summer, and autumn nonsense. Any buffoon can enjoy those…but it takes a special kind of buffoon to enjoy the other. And we, sir, are just the type of men who embrace this 5th season. I’m speaking, of course, of convention season.

The comic season for us begins a month from today, when we’ll be heading to Orlando, Florida for Megacon. Nothing like heading to Florida in February to shake the winter blues. That is, if we were having a winter. So far it hasn’t been much of one.
