History
When my grandmother was born, World War I wasn’t quite world wide yet, and most streets were not paved. Woodrow Wilson was President of the United States.
“Buffalo Bill” Hickok was still alive, and people still remembered, first hand, when our nation was at war with itself.
Her philosphy of money management was formed by the depression. Her daughter was born while her husband was away in the Philippines fighting the Japanese.
Man walked on the moon. Computers became household items. The world became smaller.
She’s 90 now, and the one constant throughout most of that was The Guiding Light.
