This pretentious waiter wants you to try something new today. Perhaps calamari or escargot. He thinks caviar is overrated and touristy. If you order it, he’ll express his disgust with a slight, almost unnoticeable puff of air from his nostrils. He also thinks all Americans are fat and lazy.
His most embarrassing secret is that he has all the 8-tracks ever put out by Elvis.
